If you decide to buy a house in the developer state, you will receive a building made and equipped so that you can arrange it according to your own needs. In this package, we will make external walls, partition walls, ceilings, and floors in your house. Outside, we will make a wooden, metal, or any other facade from our offer. We will cover the roof with "na rąbek" metal panels. Inside, the walls will be made in Q3 standard, allowing them to be finished in almost any way. Finishes in wet rooms will be adapted to their purpose. We will use cement-fiber boards on the floors, on which you can make practically any floor, both glued and floating. The material used can be paired with electric underfloor heating. We will install the electrical installation along with the switchboard. The selection and installation of equipment will be left to you. We will also leave the water and sewage installation at the stage of mounting the fittings. Window joinery and external doors are also included in the developer state.
If you want to order a building finished "turnkey," we can definitely prepare it for you. In this standard, you can choose wall and floor finishes.
