MODULAR OBJECT CONSTRUCTION
- Steel load-bearing structure, corrosion-proofed, with the bottom protected by galvanized sheet metal;
- Objects are adapted to the most demanding areas in Poland in terms of load capacity (wind and snow load);

CORE OF WALLS, ROOF, AND FLOOR
- Self-supporting, rigidly welded steel structure, corrosion-proofed.
- The floor is insulated with high-class ECOLOGICAL mineral wool, protected by galvanized sheet metal from the bottom, and topped with cement particleboard. The exterior walls are insulated with 10 cm-thick pir plates, and the roof with 16 cm-thick plates.
- The gable roof is covered with standing seam sheet metal.
- The partition walls are made of galvanized profiles and insulated with mineral wool.
DOORS AND WINDOWS
- Window and door carpentry is produced using systems that offer exceptionally low heat transfer coefficients.
- We use large, designer glazing that gives the houses a modern and luxurious character, and the interiors become bright, functional, light, and elegant.
- All carpentry is made by the leading Polish company Słonawy in the Meranti wood system.
